Rylan Clark-Neal’s step-son Cameron, 17, poses with his famous parents to support new ‘coming out’ campaign for gay rights

Twitter Rylan Clark-Neal posed with his husband Dan and his step-son Cameron, 17, to promote the 'come out for LGBT' campaign

The photo sees Rylan, Dan and Cameron wearing the campaign tshirts as they pose in their kitchen.

Dan captioned the snap: "My son stands beside us in support of the #LGBT community. We all have a part to play, so #ComeOutForLGBT with us & @stonewalluk".

Stonewall’s "Come Out for LGBT" campaign aims to encourage both gay and straight people to help make their homes, workplaces and schools a safer environment for LGBT+ people.

Rylan – who host Big Brother's Bit On The Side – met Dan when he appeared on Big Brother and the pair tied the knot in 2015.

Cameron is Dan's son from a previous relationship and is very close to his step-dad Rylan.

Speaking previously about their relationship, Rylan said he's the "cool" dad.
